Terms

What this is
Replaylock reviews a recording of one of your Deadlock matches and writes you a coaching report. It is run by one person as a side project. It is free, it is invite only, and it is a beta, which means it can break, change, or stop.
Not affiliated with Valve
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation in any way. Deadlock is Valve's game. Hero names, item names and images referred to here belong to them.
The review is written by an AI model, and it can be wrong
This is the most important thing on the page. Your review is produced by a large language model watching your recording alongside real match data. The facts it is given, your build, your deaths, your economy, come from public match data and are accurate. The judgements it makes about them are opinions, generated by software, and they can be mistaken.
Treat a review as a strong second opinion, not as fact. If something in it is wrong, please say so in the survey under the review, because that is how it gets better.
Nothing here is a guarantee that you will improve, climb, or win more games.
Your account
You need a Steam account and an invite code. One code makes one account. Each account gets three reviews during the beta. Do not share an account, and do not make more than one to get around the limit.
What you upload
Only upload a recording of your own Deadlock gameplay, and only if you have the right to it. Do not upload anything else: not other games, not other people's footage, not anything unlawful, and nothing containing other people's private information. Uploads that are not readable video are rejected automatically.
You keep ownership of your recording. You give us permission to send it to Google for analysis and to store the resulting review for you, and nothing beyond that. See the privacy page for exactly what happens to it.
Fair use of the service
Every review costs real money to produce. Do not attempt to get around the review limit, script the site, or overload it. Accounts doing that can be removed without notice.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, it may lose a review, and it may end. To the extent the law allows, the person running it is not liable for any loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it.
Ending it
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, using the button in the footer. We can end the beta, or remove an account that breaks these terms, at any time. If the service shuts down, reviews still stored are deleted with it.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and anyone with an account gets an email.
